Uidai Csc Agreement

This week, UIDAI formally refused to renew the registration agreement for CSC e-Governance Services India Limited, the Ministry of Information Technology`s reference vehicle that manages the implementation of the CSC system. In the same letter dated February 6, 2018, it also refused to allow CSC network centres to provide Aadhaar services. Aadhaar card is mandatory for various purposes such as filing the income tax return, getting a PAN card. It is also mandatory to enjoy the benefits of different public schemes. You must keep it up to date so that it can be used as valid evidence. The address of your Aadhaar card can be updated both offline and online. To do so, the Aadhaar cardholder can provide all valid proof of address documents from the list of 44 documents listed on the UIDAI website. Some of these documents include passports, rental agreements, statements or passports, driver`s licenses, telephone bills, electricity bills, water bills, voter cards, to name a few. Only people whose mobile phone numbers are registered with UIDAI can do so.

CSC SPV has signed an agreement with Aadhaar Custodian, Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) to introduce adle hair registration, make corrections and make changes to the profile of unique ID holders on their premises. Citing complaints of corruption and registration violations, Aadhaar refused to allow the common service centres to continue to provide Aadhaar services. These violations range from significant (the Aadhaar data bat discovered by The Tribune, problems with VLE operators who want to make money) to minor invasions of privacy (the personal data of cricket captain M.S. Dhoni was published by a VLE operator after the CSC e-gov-Handle tweeted it publicly). This is remarkable, say government officials, because he admits that UIDAI was wrong in trusting Aadhaar`s registration program with the CSC network, which operates many individual centres by individuals. What complicates matters further is that in September 2017, IAIDI decided to ensure that all registrations (including private agencies) were transferred to government or municipal agencies. At the time, it was an attempt to limit cases of overload by private operators and VLE. The decision, supported by the Prime Minister`s Office, was motivated by the assumption that less fraud would occur in the Aadhaar registration process and in other Aadhaar services if it were to be placed under the direct supervision of the authorities.
